Film is one of the major projects that make up the London 2012 Cultual Olympiad. It has two projects that aim to get young people behind the camera. Film Nation: Shorts is an opportunity for young people to get help to make short films that may be shown at the London 2012 Games. Submissions opened in June 2010; the next deadline is 1 October 2010. The second project is called the Tate Movie Project.
