The session will take you on an informative journey around the world of music leading and will give an insight into what it is like to work as a music leader.

‘Start Up’ aims to provide you with information on the music leading profession, from an overview of the type of work available, through how to navigate local and national contacts, and how to link in to what is going on. You will receive information on training that you can access to develop yourself professionally and be given the opportunity to reflect on your work and skills and how you might use them as a music leader.

This event is aimed that those who are in the early stages of their career or who are thinking of joining the profession. The session can also be a useful refresher to those returning to the sector after a break or who are new to London.

Time: 10.00am – 1:00pm
Cost: Free for MusicLeader members (if you’re not a member, it’s free to join). £25.95 for non-members.
