ARBEIT is an upcoming gallery and integrated space located in helmet row just next to ST LUKE (ec1v 3QJ). The space is 5 minutes walk from Old street and Barbican station and 10 minutes walk from Farringdon and Angel. We currently have one studio available. The studio is 13 sqm big, rent is GBP 450 per month. The studio is very bright, it has a plenty of lot of natural light due to the skylight.

There is a communal area and cafe with skylight and a toilet. The other studios are rented by designers (fashion, costume and industrial) . Fantastic location seconds from transport amenities. Can be used for a variety of purposes either for design studio, workshop, artist studio or shop.
