REEL ISLINGTON SHORT FILM AWARD

CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS FROM ISLINGTON-BASED FILMMAKERS

Reel Islington are launching a Short Film Award as part of Reel Islington Film Festival 2012, which will take place 24 – 26 February 2012, on the theme of ‘We the People’.

Films should be up to ten minutes in length and on the theme of ‘We the People’

Deadline: Midnight on 31 January 2012

Prize: The winning filmmaker will receive an award of £200 and their film will be screened at the festival on Saturday 25 February.

Submissions are invited from filmmakers of all ages who live, work or study in Islington and the films should be connected to the theme of ‘We the People’ – films of any genre and format (animation, documentary etc.) are welcome.
